Welcome to Tranquil Haven! This spacious cabin is a retreat among the pines that boasts everything you need to relax, restore, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Tranquil Haven is a brand new, privately owned luxury cabin, nestled among the pines on an expansive wooded lot in Pine Hills West that features floor to ceiling windows, luxury furnishings and appliances, and stunning views. This modern rustic design brings the colors of tranquility and nature inside. The open floor plan makes it easy for your entire group to be together while eating, watching tv, or relaxing in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.
A fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee bar with a combination 12-cup coffee maker and a single serve k-pod brewer which provides a perfect spot to get your coffee in the morning before taking it out on the porch to relax to the sights and sounds of Tranquil Haven.
You will find two king suites downstairs and two upstairs, each with its own private bathroom featuring double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Each bedroom incudes a Smart TV. Upstairs you will also find a bunk room/game room that sleeps twelve and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and double sinks. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The game room offers plenty of opportunity for fun and competition with a pool table, shuffleboard, retro arcade with over 400 games, as well as multiple board and card games to choose from. Directly off the game room is a large deck featuring amazing views as well as an opportunity to relax in the Adirondack rocking chairs or sunbathe in the lounge chairs while reading a book.
Outdoor living is ample at Tranquil Haven. Downstairs you can access the amazing porch through double French doors off the kitchen. On the right side of the porch you will find a cozy sitting area in front of a beautiful stone gas fireplace to either relax with nature all around or watch TV. The left side of the porch features a grill (propane included) and an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals al fresco. Steps off the porch, you will find the covered hot tub cabana that sits directly over a seasonal creek. In the yard you will find a stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores), a playset the kids will love, a picnic table, horseshoes and corn hole, as well as a path into the woods for exploring.
You are sure to find just what you are looking for at Tranquil Haven Cabin – it is located just minutes from hiking trails, Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and all that Hochatown offers.

Fun stay
We had an amazing time at Tranquil Haven. We had everything we needed. It was perfect for multiple families and all the kids. The bunk room was perfect for them. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay.
Fathers and sons trip
We were pleasantly surprised to find such a big space and still feel cozy and comfortable. All the kids fit perfectly in the bunk beds and had a blast making it their own. The House had even thought of some little things like step stools being available in some of the bathrooms coming in very handy for some of the smaller kids. We all loved cooking and eating together

Thanksgiving
My family gathered here for thanksgiving for a few days. We had the absolute best time. 8 adults and 7 kids. We thought it was the perfect space to gather. Each section to hang out, was close enough that you still felt apart of the group. The bunk room was incredible. I loved the little curtain shades each bunk had to keep them sleeping in a bit longer. we also loved how each room was pretty much the exact same which gave each family their own bathroom and king size bed! Major plus. The one bedroom that had an extra trundle bed was nice for the family whose kiddos just weren’t ready to bunk with their cousins yet. The house was clean, decorated for Xmas and ready for us upon arrival. The host was very responsive when questions were asked. I also appreciated the very thorough email that was sent with all instructions, directions, things to do inside and outside of cabin. You can tell a lot of time went into that.

Cabin Bday Trip
They were some of the best hosts ever. They were very responsive and attentive to the guest needs. Let’s not forget to mention the house was extremely gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Will recommend this to anyone looking for a big cabin to accommodate any big family outing. Will rent again!

Family Vacation
Tranquil Cabin was an amazing experience. My family has not stopped sending pictures and have not stopped talking about the amazing experience and how beautiful the Cabin was at Tranquil Haven. Beautiful Cabin inside and out. The playground was very fun for the children. They enjoyed every bit of the Cabin experience. From the many games in the large room with the 12 beds. To the fire pit and playground outside. Our host deserves more than 5 stars as they were always available when needed. We would definitely book this Cabin again 10 times over!!

Perfect Home For Ages
We had a perfect stay at Tranquil Heaven. We had children ranging from 2-18 and the house was perfect for everyone. It is beautiful, well maintained and had everything needed for a great stay.

Perfect!
We cannot say enough great things about this house! Our group of 4 families, with 12 kids ages 8-16, booked it to celebrate 3 birthdays together. It was PERFECT! A fabulous king suite for each couple that were beautiful with the most comfortable beds. The bunk room just rocked!! The kids loved the way the bunks were set up each with their own curtain and light. All the games in that room kept the kids busy and having fun for hours! Yard area was fabulous with plenty of room to play, swing set, horseshoe, corn hole - lots of outside fun. Seating area around fire pit was so relaxing. Patio was great while we watched kids in hot tub and saw quite a few deer. Perfect house for a great getaway. Jen was AWESOME with answers to questions & suggestions for the area. We will be back! 5 Stars+!!
